On being advised by the Foundation, an individual or an institution seeking assistance of the Foundation may file the relevant application in one of the formats stated hereunder. If the applicant's application does not relate to any of the formats hereunder, the applicant may file a general application on Contact Us. In the event of any documents are required to be sent to the Foundation, they may be sent by post or courier to Viswanadha Foundation, S3-B4, Prasanthi Nilayam - 515134, Andhra Pradesh. The applicant need not have to remind the Foundation and shall not make any personal contact with the Trustee or any functionary of the Foundation.
