Mr. Prasannajit Sahoo (25), a medical technician, relates his experience of the Divinity of Bhagavan in his own words.

'My father has been a devotee of Bhagavan and also an active worker in the seva organization at our place. I have been brought up in Sai environment since my childhood. I came to Prasanthi Nilayam for seva in 2001 and 2002 besides being here now.

I was on duty on August 24, 2005 at South 3. At about 2 a.m. (early hours of August 25), I had fever. I could not do duty, and after telling my colleague I went to the sevadal room to take rest. When I took the temperature after my return, it was 102 degrees F. I felt worried. 'This is a new place. I have come here to do seva. But if I fall ill here, I myself will need someone to do seva for me instead of my doing seva'. Therefore, I prayed to Bhagavan intensely to heal me. As I was praying to Bhagavan thus, I dozed off to sleep. When I awoke at about 4.00 a.m., I felt profuse sweating. In a few minutes, I felt normal. There was no fever. I did not take any medicine for the fever except vibhuti-prasad of Bhagavan. Bhagavan heard my prayer and responded promptly with extreme compassion. I could attend my duty normally that day and have had no health problem thereafter.'
