Mr. Sri Basanth (30), an employee of Sri Govinda Vallabha Pant Viswa Vidyalay, Pant Nagar, relates a few of his experiences of the Divinity of Bhagavan in his own words.

'In April 2005, one of my friends brought a cycle and asked me to accompany him to a nearby place. We both began to ride on that cycle. We were passing through a forest when the chain of the pedal began to give trouble as it lost its grip. We had to cross the forest tract as soon as possible.

My friend has been a devotee of Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba. Immediately he began to chant 'Sai Ram, Sai Ram' as he was trying to pedal the cycle frantically. After a few seconds, the cycle began to move normally. The pedal grip became normal without anyone repairing it. We could reach our destination safely. That was, indeed, amazing. From that day, I have become a devotee of Bhagavan.

In May 2005, a young lad came to my friend, Mr. Nandakishore. That lad and his wife had a quarrel. She left for her father's house leaving him alone. The lad explained his plight to Nandakishore and said, 'Nanadakishoreji, you are a devotee of Bhagavan Baba. Pray to Him and try to find a way out to set right our wedlock'.

I was eager to know what my friend would say.

'Why don't you go to your in-laws' house and invite her to return?' Mr. Nandakishore asked him.

'I did that', the lad said, 'I did not like to be adamant and went there myself. She refused to come'.

Mr. Nandakishore was silent for sometime. Was he praying to Bhagavan?

'Take this', Nandaji told the lad handing over a packet of Baba's vibhuthi, 'go to your wife again. Apply this on your forehead before going to her and pray to Bhagavan. Then apply a little on your wife's forehead. Only after that, ask her to accompany you'.

Next day the lad returned to Mr. Nandakishore with his wife. Both prostrated before him.

'You prostrate before Bhagavan', Mr. Nandakishore told them, 'not here. Anyway, I am happy that you both are united happily. It is Bhagavan's leela'.

I was amazed to find how simply Baba's vibhuthi worked the miracle of breaking the ice between the quarrelling couple.
